*275It appears tliat on the 6th day of August, 1890, an injunction was granted by the circuit court judge, sitting in the county of Russell, to the petitioners, on their bill praying the same, and a receiver appointed, in accordance therewith, for the Virginia, Tennessee and Carolina Steel and Iron Company, the South Atlantic and Ohio Railroad Company, the Bailey Construction Company, and the Bristol Land Company, and others; and these companies, their agents, &c., were enjoined from all further interference with the said receiver and the affairs, property and effects and management of these…
