Respondent Michael J. Rosenblatt was admitted to the *107practice of law in New York by the Second Judicial Department on December 14, 1988, as Michael Jon Rosenblatt. At all times relevant to this proceeding, respondent has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
