Scott Osborne, filed, a petition for writ of mandamus in the circuit court of Sangamon county against appellants, the director of the Department of Conservation, the Civil Service Commission, the director of the Department of Finance, the Auditor of Public Accounts and the State Treasurer of the State of Illinois, to be reinstated in the position of investigator in the Department of Conservation and to recover the salary incident to that position.
