KNOX, District Judge.

This ease was removed to this court by the Government from the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1442(a)(1). The action originated as a suit by plaintiff Wallingford against defendant Wire and Metal Specialties Corporation to recover for certain materials furnished by plaintiff to defendant.
