The plaintiffs, Donald and Martha Croys-dale, brought this suit under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., and Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226.1 et seq. The subject matter of this action is the adequacy of the disclosures made by the defendant, Franklin Savings Association, in connection with a residential mortgage loan agreement.
