This is a motion by the defendant for a new trial in an action at law. The action is brought against the defendant as a shareholder of the First National Bank of St. Álbans, Vt., to recover an assessment made by the 'comptroller of the currency in winding up the bank in insolvency, for an amount equal to the par value of the shares. The defendant is a married woman, and was residuary legatee under the will of Susan B. Bellows, and her husband was the sole executor of the •will.
