The plaintiff, William J. Gass, filed a complaint consisting of three counts against National Container Corporation and Leonard Moore, defendants.

The first count charges that the plaintiff had a written contract of employment for a period of five years from September 1, 1952 to August 31, 1957, in which the plaintiff was to perform services as a salesman and sales manager for defendant.
