This matter is before the Court on “Plaintiff Comerica Bank’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment,” on its First Amended Adversary Complaint against Debtor Jay Nathan Bressler (“Bressler”). The motion seeks summary judgment (1) denying Bressler’s discharge under 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4), (a)(5) and (a)(7); (2) determining that any debt owed to Comerica Bank (“Comerica”) by Bres-sler is nondischargeable under 11 U.S.C. §§ 523(a)(2), (a)(4), and (a)(6); and…
