Plaintiff Abdul Peay (“plaintiff’), a Connecticut state prisoner, appeals from a final judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Robert N. Chatigny, Judge), dismissing his complaint, brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against the Assistant State’s Attorney who prosecuted plaintiff in a state criminal trial, the Assistant Public Defender who represented plaintiff at that trial, and the Assistant Probation Officer who prepared plaintiffs presentence report following conviction.
