People v. Giannopoulos

Defendants were charged with various gambling offenses as a result of evidence obtained against them by poHce executing a search warrant. The defendants’ motion to quash the warrant and to suppress evidence obtained from the search was granted and the State has appealed. For reasons subsequently set forth, we reverse and remand.
