INTRODUCTION

The subject Adversary case Nos. 90 A 702, All American Laundry Service, Inc. et al. v. First State Bank of Harvard et al., and 90 A 753, Schauwecker v. Ascher, have been consolidated for trial. The two Adversary cases relate to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding of Walter Ascher (“Ascher”).
