OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Phillip K. Cordell ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Court of Claims of Ohio in favor of defendant-appellee, Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction ("ODRC"), on appellant's negligence claim arising from appellant's fall from a curb while being transported on the grounds of Madison Correctional Institution ("MaCI"). Because the judgment of the Court of Claims is supported by competent, credible evidence, we affirm.
