The circuit court of Kane county entered judgment sustaining the award of the Industrial Commission to defendants in error for the death of Edward C. Populorum. The cause comes here on writ of error.

It appears that on August 13, 1924, Populorum was employed in the stock room of plaintiff in error at its factory in Elgin. Between 2 :oo and 2:3o o’clock in the afternoon of that day the son of Populorum went into the stock room and found his father leaning against a bench with his hand on the left side of his stomach.
