Respondent was employed in 1924 as a soliciting and collecting agent of Palmetto State Eife' Insurance Company and in August, 1925, there was issued by Aetna Eife Insurance Company a so-called group policy of insurance upon the lives of the employees of the Palmetto Company and respondent was furnished the usual separate certificate of his participation. The policy provided a death benefit of $2,000.00 and a payment of the same amount in lieu of other benefits: “If any employee, before attaining the age of sixty years and…
