This is an action brought by the appellants against the appellees, for an alleged balance due on contract for extra work on the new City Hall in the City of Baltimore.
The appellants were the contractors for supplying the marble and doing the marble work'on the new City Hall; and the marble was furnished and the work all done in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
