The chancery court awarded a judgment of foreclosure to the appellant, Peggie Peek, who was the mortgagee. She appeals because the court refused to award interest on the mortgage debt which was evidenced by an installment note for $35,000. The principal appellees are William C. Brickey and his wife, Barbara Brickey, who have cross-appealed the chancellor’s holding against their contentions of payment or lack of consideration.
