DECISION ON APPEAL FROM BANKRUPTCY COURT
HOLLAND, District Judge.
The court has now before it the merits of the above entitled.appeal. 1 The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona ordered that a dismissed bankruptcy case be retroactively reinstated. This had the effect of retroactively reinstating the automatic stay under 11 U.S.C. § 362 and voiding an otherwise valid sale of certain real property. The issues raised have been briefed and oral argument has been heard. For the reasons which follow, the bankruptcy court is reversed.
