It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law and the facts by vacating the award of damages against defendants James Henning and Christine Henning, doing business as JLH Enterprise, for plaintiffs share of the 2007 and 2008 profits, vacating the award of attorneys’ fees against those defendants and reducing the amount of the award of damages…
