Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chenango County (Sullivan, J.), rendered July 9, 2010, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.

After execution of a search warrant at defendant’s residence yielded numerous digital and photographic images of children engaged in sexual behavior, he was charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
