Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (LeVine, J.), rendered March 17, 1992, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and possession of a stun gun, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
