In this putative class action, Plaintiff Julia Wieck ("Plaintiff" or "Wieck") seeks damages and injunctive relief on behalf of herself and others similarly situated, alleging several causes of action based on lender-placed insurance ("LPI") or "force-placed" insurance on her reverse mortgage-specifically, hurricane coverage.
