This case involves the interpretation of an option contract between landowners and an oil and gas company. The parties disagree on the interpretation of the land description in the contract. The landowners contend that the description excluded a 400-acre tract, and the oil and gas company argues that the description included the tract. The trial court held for the oil and gas company on summary judgment.
