Petitioner Attorney Grievance Commission filed, by Bar Counsel, a Petition for Disciplinary Action in this Court against respondent Lester A.D. Adams on October 30, 1996. The petition alleged violations of Rules 1.15, 4.1, 8.1, and 8.4 of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct, a violation of Maryland Rule 16-604, and a violation of Md.Code (1989, 1995 RepLVol.), § 10-306 of the Business Occupations & Professions Article (BOP).
