In this workers’ compensation case, claimant appeals an order of the referee, affirmed by the Workers’ Compensation Board, denying his claim for compensation on the ground that he was not a covered employe. We affirm.
The facts are not in dispute. Claimant was injured while incarcerated at the Multnomah County Correctional Institution serving a sentence. He was assigned to an inmate work crew and taken to the county jail to move some rock. The inmates on the work crew were paid one dollar per day for working on the crew.
