What is a school-year day? That is the principal, if not the only, question in this appeal. The trial judge held that the appel-lee Board of Trustees, School District No. 1 West, Sheridan County (District Board) was authorized by § 21-4-301, W.S.1977 1 to adopt a four-day school week resulting in a 144 calendar day school year.
