Plaintiff Caitlin Atwater (“Plaintiff’) brought this ERISA action against Nortel Networks, Inc. (“Nortel”), Nortel Networks U.S. Deferred Compensation Plan (“Deferred Compensation Plan”), Nortel Networks Retirement Income Plan (“Pension Plan”), and Nortel Networks Long-Term Investment Plan (“LTI Plan”) (collectively “Defendants”).
