HIGGINS, Justice.

This is an action for specific performance of two alleged contracts, designated as bonds for deed, to sell and transfer immovable property by the defendant to the plaintiff. The plaintiff is also seeking a judgment for the fruits and revenues derived from the property by the defendant, after the plaintiff had made the agreed payments and was entitled to have the lands transferred to him; and for interest, from the respective dates of payment, on the amounts received by the defendant.
