ORDER SUSTAINING OBJECTION TO CLAIMED EXEMPTION

This matter came before the Court on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s objection to the Debtors’ claimed homestead exemption. A hearing was held on September 24, 2003. Mary Jo Jensen Carter, the Trustee of the Debtors’ bankruptcy estate, appeared pro se, and Barbara J. May appeared on behalf of the Debtors.
