*654This is an attorney malpractice action. The plaintiff, Kenneth D. Jenkins, claims that his attorney was negligent in negotiating the stock buy-back clause (clause or buy-back clause) in Jenkins's employment agreement with his new company, Apollo Security International, Inc.
