The Court of Civil Appeals for the First District has certified four questions in a suit brought by the Banking Commissioner of Texas against William D. Green as independent executor of the estate of William Green, deceased, for the recovery of a 100 per cent, assessment upon 100 shares of the capital stock of First State-Bank of Westhoff.
