These cases involve two actions for damages as a result of a collision of two automobiles. The causes were consolidated on trial and also on appeal.
The accident out of which these actions arose occurred about the hour of noon on June 7, 1947,- at the intersection of M-37 and 100th street in the-village of Caledonia, Kent county, Michigan. Plaintiff Jorgen C. Jorgensen was the owner of one car involved in the accident. His son, George Jorgensen, was riding with him.
