HARGRAVE, Justice.

Certiorari to Court of Appeals, Oklahoma City, Division I, to review a published opinion of the Court of Appeals. The issue presented in the present case is whether a defendant is hable in tort for injuries sustained by a worker, employed by a subsidiary of defendant, when the injury was sustained by using an inherently dangerous drill press.
