ORDER REINSTATING SUIT

COLAIANNI, Judge:

On March 22, 1983, this court dismissed plaintiff’s claim against the government following his failure to respond to both defendant’s motion for summary judgment and the court’s order of February 25, 1983, to show cause why the claim should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Plaintiff subsequently moved, pursuant to RUSCC 60(b), for relief from the judgment of dismissal and for reinstatement of his suit. The court agrees that relief is in the interest of justice and appropriate under RUSCC 60(b)(6). Dismissal of plaintiff’s claim is therefore…
