Carte Blanche International, Ltd. (“CBI”) appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the South*261ern District of New York, Peter K. Leisure, Judge, confirming an award rendered, in an arbitration conducted under the Arbitration Rules (the “Rules”) of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) Court of Arbitration (the “Court”), in favor of appel-lee Carte Blanche (Singapore) Pte., Ltd. (“CBS”). CBS cross-appeals to restore the interest award made by the arbitrators, which the district court reduced.
