DUBOW, J.:
Appellant, Kareem Omar Von Evans, appeals from the Judgment of Sentence entered in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas following his conviction of Criminal Solicitation of Witness' Intimidation. After careful review of the facts of the case and current case law, we conclude that the Commonwealth’s evidence is insufficient to demonstrate that the Appellant intended to “intimidate” the victim not to testify at the underlying trial.
