| Nhis appeal follows the May 13, 2008 decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission) affirming and adopting the February 14, 2008 opinion of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), finding that appellee was entitled to the implantation of the dorsal-column stimulator if additional testing and examination showed it to be necessary.
