Appellant, Public Service Company of Northern Illinois, a corporation, filed its bill in the circuit court of Grundy county for an injunction restraining appellee, Henry J. McCloskey, from interfering with appellant in making repairs upon its poles and wires over the lands of appellee, and from interfering with the property of appellant and the conduct of its business. A temporary injunction was issued.
