[1] The general rule by which this court should be governed in reviewing orders relating to injunction, temporary or interlocutory, is that the order will not be disturbed unless it appears that the court below has exercised its discretion upon a wholly wrong comprehension of the facts or law of the case; or, otherwise stated, that the legal discretion vested in the court to grant or withhold the order was improperly exercised.
