This suit was instituted in the District Court of Harris County by E. M. Paulson, B. B. Haugan .and William dander, partners doing business under the name of the South-land Immigration Association, against C. W. Hahl and F. A. Connable, partners composing the firm of C. W. Hahl & Co.
