State v. Navarrete

The defendant, Ronald R. Navarrete, has appealed from his conviction and sentence to imprisonment for 11A to 4 years for first degree sexual assault on a child. Neb. Rev. Stat. § 28-319(l)(c) (Reissue 1979). First degree sexual assault on a child occurs when a person 19 years of age or older subjects a person less than 16 years of age to sexual penetration.
