Plaintiff, the Sperry Systems Management Division of the Sperry Rand Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Sperry”) sues, pursuant to Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185, for an order staying and enjoining arbitration concerning Sperry’s right to permit employees of its subcontractors to enter its plant, work alongside its employees, and utilize its equipment.
