Daniel F. Carmack, the duly-appointed trustee for this Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate (the “Trustee”) has applied to the Court for authority to employ James H. Tilberry as special counsel for the Trustee for two specific matters. That application was opposed by Camalloy, Inc.
