PROCEDURE
This case comes before the court upon multiple motions by the holder of the first mortgage on the debtor’s real estate, First Bank, N.A. (“First Bank”). Certain motions were disposed of orally in court on January 10, 1989 (the order erroneously states that the hearing was on January 9, 1989), and by written order dated February 1, 1989.
