MEMORANDUM, JUDGMENT & ORDER

The petition for a writ of habeas corpus is denied. No hearing on this matter is necessary. This memorandum briefly addresses petitioner’s claims.
I. Facts and Procedural History
Petitioner was tried principally for second degree murder.
