(after stating the facts as above). In the view we take of this case it is unimportant to dwell upon the arrangement between George E. Parlett and his wife, Anna B. Parlett, in-terveners here, and the two consignor companies. Suffice it to say the evidence shows that the Carpet Company was at the time of the transfer insolvent, and that the Parletts paid no consideration to that company' for the goods transferred to them.
