Raymond Orrand, Administrator, and the Trustees of the Ohio Operating Engineers Health & Welfare Plan, Pension Fund, Apprenticeship Fund, and Education & Safety Fund (“the Funds”), filed suit against Scassa Asphalt, Inc., to collect delinquent fringe benefit contributions owed to the Funds.
