This is an appeal from an order óf the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Thomas F. Murphy, District Judge, granting appellee’s motion to compel arbitration and denying appellant’s cross motions to vacate service and dismiss the petition. We think the district court’s disposition of the motions correct and affirm the order.
