MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SIM LAKE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Ann Paulissen, brings this action against defendant, MEI Technologies, Inc., for hostile work environment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge based on age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. Plaintiff seeks to recover actual, exemplary, and liquidated damages, as well as attorney’s fees, costs of court, and all other relief to which she may be entitled.
