PIERCE, Justice,
for the Court.
¶ 1. Joseph Bishop Goff was convicted by the George County Circuit Court in the capital murder of Brandy Stewart Yates during the commission of a robbery and was sentenced to death by lethal injection.1
¶ 2. Goff raises twelve issues on appeal:
I. The trial court erred in failing to suppress evidence which resulted from the unreasonable seizure that violated Goff’s rights pursuant to the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United *633States and Section 23 of the Mississippi Constitution of 1890.
