Plaintiff, Joseph S. Gonealves, appearing pro se, commenced this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The complaint asserts a claim under the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution against Investigator Reynolds 1 , arising out of defendant’s preparation and prosecution of a felony complaint against plaintiff in November 1997.
